Wishlist Dashboard

In the Tapcart dashboard, click Wishlist in the top nav. The page has four parts.

Setup

A green "Wishlist is set up" or a red "Wishlist needs a fix", with how to fix it. It checks:

• Wishlist v2 is on.
• Shopify store: your app is connected to your store.
• Apps on this store: only one Tapcart app uses wishlist on your store. If several do, the website can't tell which one to use.
• Website theme: whether the Wishlist buttons embed is on and the Wishlist page block is placed in your live theme.

Click Check again after you change something.

Activity

For the last 7, 30, or 90 days:

• Items saved, items removed, and shoppers saving
• Wishlist → cart rate
• Saves that became orders: products saved in the app by logged-in shoppers and bought by the same shopper within 7 or 30 days, plus the revenue
• Most saved products

Activity counts saves by logged-in shoppers.

Find a shopper's wishlist

Enter a shopper's email to see their lists and items. This is useful when a shopper says their wishlist is empty.

Turn on Wishlist v2 and import from Swym

If you don't see these, ask your Tapcart contact to turn them on for your app.

Turn on Wishlist v2. This links wishlists to shopper accounts, so they sync between your app and your website. Older wishlists saved only on a phone move to the shopper's account first.

Import wishlists. Upload a CSV export from Swym with one row per saved item: product ID, variant ID, customer email, list name. Swym's "detailed report" also works.

1. Get the raw CSV from Swym. Don't open it in Excel, which breaks the IDs.
2. Click Check file. You see a report before anything is saved: rows in the file, guest rows (no email, can't be moved), emails with no Shopify customer, IDs broken by Excel, duplicates, and products no longer in your store.
3. For each list name in the file, keep the same name or pick a new one.
4. Click Import (it shows the item count). Big files take a few minutes. You can leave the page.

Only one import runs at a time. Running the same file again won't add duplicates.
